Welcome to AirbyAirGermany (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or placing an order through airbyairgermany.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

AirbyAirGermany is operated by Indigo Brilliance Ltd., a registered business based in Denver, Colorado, USA. We import authentic German drugstore products and sell them directly to consumers in the United States.

2. Products & Authenticity

All products sold on this site are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized German pharmacies and drugstores (primarily DM Drogerie Markt). Products are imported in their original packaging with original German labeling. English-language descriptions and ingredient lists are provided for your convenience.

Product formulations are the original European versions, which may differ from US reformulations of the same brand. This is by design — EU cosmetics regulations are among the strictest in the world.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include no hidden fees.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
• Sales tax is applied where required by law.

4. Shipping

• US domestic (Denver stock): Standard shipping $5.99 (3–7 business days). Express $15.99 (1–3 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
• Germany catalog: Items listed in our Germany catalog are available via shopping list only. Submit your list and we will contact you with pricing and availability.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• We currently ship to US addresses only for domestic orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and health products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they arrived damaged. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit.

We provide product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information in good faith based on manufacturer data. However:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirbyAirGermany shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
