Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, lotions, creams, and non-sealed items cannot be returned once opened. Skincare products are personal care items and cannot be resold once the seal is broken.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging

3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice
