3. Evening: Apply a thicker, reparative lip treatment (look for panthenol or vitamin E) before bed. This is when your skin does most of its repair work.
4. Weekly: Gently exfoliate with a soft toothbrush or sugar scrub to remove dead skin. Follow immediately with a rich lip balm.
